Shamar

The Hebrew word Shamar means watchman. The Covenant Shamar are men who have entered into the highest level of commitment within the ministry. They have proven extreme loyalty to the ministry and have entered into a lifetime covenant to serve and protect Covenant M/M. The Shamar are committed to go when called to go… serve, when called to serve… stand, when called to stand. This elite group of brothers stands as watchmen prepared to guard, protect, and attend to our ministry in any manner required. Covenant Shamar are comparable to an Elder in the church. The Shamar function as a board, responsible for all decisions, vision, leadership, safety and organization of Covenant M/M International. The Shamar Board is to be held to the highest standard of accountability. A Covenant Shamar should always conduct himself in a manner that reflects integrity, honor, and loyalty to not only Covenant M/M but to Christ Himself.
